The GVE Guild Program is our way of rewarding customer participation. GVE Guild members will receive special benefits, including exclusive offers and giveaways, as well as the ability to organize events and reserve gaming space in the store.

Guild Discount

Guild Members enjoy a 10% discount on all gaming products and comics.

The VIP Room

Guild Members have access to the VIP room, our upstairs gaming room. For those of you who want a quiet place for small groups (perfect for roleplaying and miniatures matches), this is the place for you.

Event Scheduling

Guild Members can host events in either of our game rooms. Event scheduling is first come, first serve, so the more notice you give us, the better your chances of getting the space you need.

T-Shirts and other Promos

New members will receive a t-shirt and promo packet. Our promotional package may change as time goes on, but all promos will be available to guild members either for purchase or as a gift from us.

After Hours Gaming

Guild Members may reserve gaming space after hours. There is a $5/hour charge to reserve the VIP room after hours or a $10/hour charge to reserve the main game room after hours. After Hours Gaming requires one week notice.

Cost

Guild Membership costs $10 a month. Membership is free with a purchase of $100 or more, or to tournament organizers who run 3 or more qualifying in-store events in a month.
